Job Overview

  • As a Marketing Executive at Speedaf Express, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a robust brand presence and driving lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Campaign Development:

  • Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment with product launches, events, and promotions.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate on creating engaging content for websites, LinkedIn, social media, email newsletters, and other materials.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor content while engaging with the audience.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track marketing performance.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Develop strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.

Lead Generation:

  • Drive efforts that ultimately contribute to lead generation for the Sales team.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
