Job Description

The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving the aviation business by growing the customer base, maintaining relationship, coordinate the delivery of product from depo to plane and ensure timely payments by customers.

Job Description

  • Develop marketing strategies to capture new businesses.
  • Collate list of prospective customers and sign them on
  • Continuous deployment of strategic plans to maximize full business potentials of existing Relationships
  • Co-ordinate routine visits to major clients at intermittent intervals
  •  Advice of Macro/Micro environment issues as it effects the aviation business  we for decision making
  • Co-ordinate with operations, ICU/accounts, Haulage to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Develop high dispute resolution and customer service skills to effectively manage service delivery failure
  • Inventory Management of customers and efficient stock planning to ensure we always have adequate stock cover for all our customers
  • Daily costing of Aviation fuel to advice market direction of Ex- depot prices
  • Continuous development of retention strategies towards sustaining and increasing Matrix Market share
  • Weekly review of receivables reports to avoid past due obligations of more than 45 days with accounts
  • Co-ordinate proper documentation and filling in place for existing and new sign on
  • Co-ordinate team’s achievement of weekly/Monthly LPO target
  • Continuous review of customer’s credit exposure and advice on limit increase or decrease as may be required
  • Co-ordinate teams market penetration strategies to achieve sign on of prospects
  • Any other Job that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  •  Minimum Qualification of a Bsc in Social Sciences
  •  Male preferably – Age range of 32-38 Yrs
  •  Work experience from other Job in Marketing Role in the downstream sector
  •  Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
  •  Excellent Business Development Skills
  •  Having a good understanding of the Downstream sector value Chain for all products is an added advantage .
  •  Should have a good understanding of the concept of Marketing.
  •  Ability to work in a target driven environment.
