Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account to lead our account management team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the account management team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a primary point of contact for escalations and high-level discussions.
- Analyze account performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align client needs with company offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and drive innovation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or related roles, with at least 3years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Experience:
- Experience in Real Estateis highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing account strategies that lead to increased customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
