- Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions on current operations.
- Bringing in new businesses/Clients.
- Conducting research, writing up reports, and presenting findings to staff and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and finding creative ways to expand the organization.
- Attending workshops, lectures, and training sessions wherever possible.
- Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Plan, recommend, prepare and oversee digital marketing strategies for current and potential clients
- Ensure high quality and consistent service delivery across the whole digital marketing team, with a rigorous approach to managing work schedules, reporting, and managing change
- Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
- You will monitor, lead, train, and manage your department.
- You are to ensure that overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Experience / Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-7 years of working experience in a digital company/agency.
- Both genders can apply
