Job Description

  • Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions on current operations.
  • Bringing in new businesses/Clients.
  • Conducting research, writing up reports, and presenting findings to staff and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and finding creative ways to expand the organization.
  • Attending workshops, lectures, and training sessions wherever possible.
  • Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Plan, recommend, prepare and oversee digital marketing strategies for current and potential clients
  • Ensure high quality and consistent service delivery across the whole digital marketing team, with a rigorous approach to managing work schedules, reporting, and managing change
  • Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
  • You will monitor, lead, train, and manage your department.
  • You are to ensure that overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-7 years of working experience in a digital company/agency.
  • Both genders can apply
  • Experience working in a digital agency or a tech industry
  • Must be able to lead and plan for a team
  • Must be a problem solver and goal setter..
  • Must be professional.
