  • The role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
  • The role will also be responsible for promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture with the organization. Furthermore, the role will oversee Company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee activities such as job design, recruitment & selection, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, training & development and talent management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages.
  • Manage activities such as job design, recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
  • Devise strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention; and resolve all employee concerns.

Qualifications

  • First degree from a reputable institution with Postgraduate or Professional qualification in any HR related discipline.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Communications, Operations, Strategies, Marketing etc.
  • Minimum of 10 years quality work experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization will be an added advantage.
