Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all operations of our flagship hotel property.
- You will lead the hotel management team to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset protection.
Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of hotel revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction goals
- Lead the management team in overseeing all hotel operations and departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales & marketing, engineering, security, etc.)
- Analyze reports on hotel performance metrics and take action to improve KPIs
- Prepare budgets and approve expenditures for hotel departments
- Build and nurture relationships with hotel guests to drive repeat visits
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management (preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive hotel management experience
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies
- Strong leadership, communication and organization skills
- Comfortable with technology and hotel management software
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
