Salary Range: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000/month
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) professional to manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
- Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct performance management and provide support for employee development programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
