Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month

Job Detail

  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Support in developing programmes that enhance employee relations
  • Administer payroll and maintain employee records
  • Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
  • Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
  • Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
  • Recording and processing confidential information
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records
  • Provide administrative support including desk-side assistance to HR Manager
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Support in orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Updating the file and records of employees
  • Confirm the background check of new and existing employees
  • Support in preparation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Keeping of staff attendance records and reports.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or organisation.
