Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
Job Detail
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Support in developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Administer payroll and maintain employee records
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records
- Provide administrative support including desk-side assistance to HR Manager
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Support in orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Updating the file and records of employees
- Confirm the background check of new and existing employees
- Support in preparation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Keeping of staff attendance records and reports.
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or organisation.
