Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Experience: Minimum of 5year(s)
  • Qualification:  B.Sc. in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiative and system.
  • Preparation of staff salaries/wages and ensuring timely payroll processing.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment and effectively manage the hiring processes.
  • Preparing job descriptions,  KPI and KRA.
  • Develop training and development programmes and ensure implementation.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Respond to general queries from managers and employees, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff well-being, welfare and engagement
  • Manage Leave and employee attendance.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Manage employee insurances and ensure coverage of every staff at all times.
  • Process all documents required for regulatory and statutory compliances
  • Assist in performance management processes among others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Five(5) years proven experience as an HR generalist.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and  knowledge of HRMS
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Good organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong ethics and reliable.
