  • Managing staff database
  • Onboarding of new hires
  • Processing of staff ID cards
  • Report preparation
  • Placing of job ads
  • Coordinating interview sessions
  • Follow up on annual subscriptions for government agencies
  • Attending to staff queries
  • Purchasing/managing of stationery items
  • Processing of staff medical bills.
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
