Job Summary

  • We are looking for a qualified HR personnel to oversee all human resources operation in the selected department and also ensure they align with our organizational goals.

Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, evaluations).
  • Attend to employees request regarding human resources issues, policy, rules and regulations
  • Payroll Management
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Implement effective on-boarding plans.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • All other related and assigned duties

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience as HR generalist or business partner
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (excel, word, ppt)
  • A Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any HR or social science or related discipline
  • HR certification will be an added advantage
  • A good understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Strong Communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of an ERP software is an added advantage
