Job Summary
- We are looking for a qualified HR personnel to oversee all human resources operation in the selected department and also ensure they align with our organizational goals.
Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Maintain and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, evaluations).
- Attend to employees request regarding human resources issues, policy, rules and regulations
- Payroll Management
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Implement effective on-boarding plans.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- All other related and assigned duties
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience as HR generalist or business partner
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (excel, word, ppt)
- A Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any HR or social science or related discipline
- HR certification will be an added advantage
- A good understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Strong Communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of an ERP software is an added advantage
