Human Resource Graduate Trainee at Medcourt

Job Description
HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, leaves, benefits, and training records.
  • Handle documentation related to new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and other employment changes.
  • Assist in drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Process HR-related invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain the HR filing system.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees and track training completion records.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR team lead to resolve employee issues and provide support in conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing the results to identify areas for improvement.

Recruitment Support:

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

HR Compliance:

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Help in organizing and conducting HR-related training sessions for employees.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in coordinating performance review processes and maintain performance-related records.
  • Support HR team in tracking performance appraisal timelines and ensuring compliance.

HR Operations Support:

  • Coordinate HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Support payroll processing by providing relevant data to the finance department.
