Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or any other related course
- Minimum of two years working experience in Human Resource Management
- Membership of CIPM is an added advantage
- Experience in Recruitment, Selection and Placement,Performance Appraisal,Compensation management,Conflict Resolution, e.t.c.
