Job Description
- Demonstrates adequate Knowledge and Competency in HR Policy, Processes, Planning, HR Budgeting, HR Report, Audit and Analysis.
- Demonstrate adequate Knowledge in Labour Laws, Industry Laws and Formulate Legal Document of behaviour of the Organization and Stakeholders
- Demonstrates knowledge of HR practices, guidelines and regulations to monitor and provide advice regarding compliance with all employment laws, regulations, policies, procedures and processes.
- Establishes on-the-job Training and Development system that Addresses the Company’s training cycle, employee development, coaching and measurement of training impact.
- Engages all levels of external and internal stakeholders in business development facilities, activities, meetings, and special events and handles issues and questions.
- Seeks to understand challenges facing the Organization at the ground level, and works in conjunction with stakeholders to implement strategic improvements to systems and structures that enhance the value provided to the Organization as a whole.
- Collaborates with Business Leaders to create systems and structures that support goals and transformational change.
- Communicates regularly with business partners to ensure awareness of current issues and needs.
- Identify, Develop and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the company’s value, culture and strategic goals and promote employee satisfaction.
- Participates in HR Assessments as assigned and follows up/monitors action plans.
- Leads more complex special HR projects as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations or Relevant Course of Study.
- Must have at least 5 years’ relevant work experience in the Human Resource Profession.
- Must have at least 3 years’ working experience as a Organization Development Specialist and/or Training and Development.
- Certification in CIPM and/or relevant HR Certification is a plus
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Relevant Course is an added advantage.
