Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Generalist & Admin Manager to join our team.
  • You will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, and supporting our employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
  • Manage employee benefits and ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Administer performance evaluation and career development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide counseling and support as needed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Manage general administrative tasks and office operations.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in a Factory and Renewable energy Industry.
  • Top level vast experience in all HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proven experience in the HR Generalist role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Preferably Female for Gender balance.
