Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Generalist & Admin Manager to join our team.
- You will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, and supporting our employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Administer performance evaluation and career development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and provide counseling and support as needed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Manage general administrative tasks and office operations.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in a Factory and Renewable energy Industry.
- Top level vast experience in all HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Proven experience in the HR Generalist role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Preferably Female for Gender balance.
