Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Astoria Logistics Nigeria Limited in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies and procedures, and support the company’s strategic goals through effective HR practices.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
- Employee Relations and Compliance with Labor Laws knowledge
- HR Policy Development and Strategic HR Planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
