About the job

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company’s overall strategic objectives
  • Manage the full Talent Management cycle from recruitment, learning & development, and performance management
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR management
  • Act as HR Business Partner to clinic managers by providing data-driven and performance reports to drive business performance
  • Champion MART Group’s human capital management policies to ensure they are relevant, responsive, up-to-date, and properly understood and complied with
  • Establish and maintain a framework to foster regular organizational communication within and across functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, social sciences or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Human Resource Management
  • CIPM, SHRM membership is an added advantage
