Job Description
- Expand the channels for applicant tracking to fill vacant job positions to include internal sources as well as best of breed online sources
- Redesign and update of existing job profiles, HR policies, processes and procedures
- Collaborate with HR staff and infused different work culture leading to better effectiveness from HR department
- Introduce regular employee development programs via strict adherence to bi-annual performance management program, competency audits and gap analysis, team bonding exercises, service surveys.
- Ensure all training administration of our New Employee Orientation program runs successfully
- Provide day-to-day support to the regional team including maintaining new employee supplies, data processing and budget adherence
- Monitored metrics to measure impact of development activities other metrics that will measure the effectiveness and function to the business
- Managed the organizational development (OD) strategies and processes for the department including performance management, talent development, team effectiveness, and leadership coaching
- Ownership and maintenance of certain HR processes as needed.
- Engaging all stakeholders to determine how to measure the value and impact of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND and other professional certificate for the job.
- 8 – 10 years relevant work experience.
