Job Description
- Design HVAC systems.
- Calculate heating and cooling needs to determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when needed.
- Interpret construction plans, schematics and blue prints for new construction projects. Also draft new plans to design the piping system.
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineers when designing heating and cooling systems.
- Develop construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD MEP in 3D.
- Provide program management to support department milestone activities Identify current model quality and value up ideas support adoption.
- Identifies, investigates, and recommends improvements in products, systems, or processes to improve the application or operation.
- Able to present their technical work.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 year of experience with AutoCAD or equivalent tool, Microsoft Excel and project.
- Experience in delivering projects in BIM and relevant discipline software.
