Responsibilities
- Assistance to process manager for writing procedure and policy with approved flowcharts.
- Manage document library for company procedures and policies.
- Determining the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Learning and studying the organization’s policy and guidelines.
- Perform audits as per schedule and plan.
- Prepare audit reports and share with stakeholders with identified gaps.
- Get an update on gaps from division head and submit final report to Management for review.
- Promoting ethics and identifying improper conduct within the company.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, and Environment or related field.
- Min 3-5 years of proven working experience in QHSE-related roles. ISPoN Level 3 certificate is required. ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 Internal and/or Lead Auditor Certificates, and NEBOSH IGC would be added advantage.
- Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing and a unionized environment would also be an added advantage.
