Job Objectives:
The indoor sale rep. is to work closely with the Sales Manager by using their professional knowledge of company’s products to generate sales from walkin customers and meet target set for products. They are to create awareness, guidance and support to walk in customers throughout sales process
Responsibilities:
- Selling products and services to prospective customers
- Performing cost benefits analysis of existing and potential customers
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business customer relationship
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes on schedule
- Co-ordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/markets potentials, track sales and status report
- Supply management with report on customer needs, problems, interest,
- competitive activities and potentials for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
