Job Description
- Provide IT leadership at all levels and manage the IT department productively and efficiently.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and servers.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Minimum of 2nd Class (Upper Division) and 3 years work experience.
