Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new and existing training curriculum and course content
  • Support Instructional Design lead with the development of curriculums for new programs
  • Coordinate solutions and manage content feedback for the program team
  • Ensure all content aligns with instructional design best practices and company standards.
  • Document assessments and evaluate training effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months work experience in instructional design-related field
  • Familiar with curriculum development
  • Bachelors’ degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Learning Models
  • Knowledge of assessment development
  • Passion for knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
