Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new and existing training curriculum and course content
- Support Instructional Design lead with the development of curriculums for new programs
- Coordinate solutions and manage content feedback for the program team
- Ensure all content aligns with instructional design best practices and company standards.
- Document assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months work experience in instructional design-related field
- Familiar with curriculum development
- Bachelors’ degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Learning Models
- Knowledge of assessment development
- Passion for knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
