Internal Security at Artee Group

Requirement:

• Frequently carry out patrol of the store as advised by the store CSO
• Ensure critical points related to safety and security of the store – Fire exits, escape routes are not blocked and are clear
• Ensure any violation of other departmental SOP is reported to the CSO for further action
• Supervise the activities of all external security guards and external security supervisors at the store.
• Ensure that all items on the vendor’s LPO are accurately supplied and appropriate records are taken.
• Ensure all items supplied by vendors are adequately weighed and recorded accurately.
• Ensure customer invoice/receipts are properly screened at exit point to be sure that quantity on receipt correspond with physical quantity purchased.
• Ensure customer entry/exit SOP are strictly enforced and assets of the company are adequately protected.

• Strong supervisory, communication, and observation skill.
• Customer Service Focus to ensure positive shopping experiences
• Should be able to maintain good inter-personal relationship with co-employees and others
• Able to multi-task, and manage time effectively, demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
