Members of the Indigenous People of Biafra have been spotted in Japan awaiting the arrival of President Buhari.
President Buhari is said to attend the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development after departing Abuja for Japan yesterday evening August 25th.
It should be recalled that Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB, gave a directive to his members in Japan to disgrace President Buhari just as their counterparts in Germany disgraced former deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, on August 17th.
