Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
Role Overview:
- As an IT Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, success, and ongoing commitment to our company.
- You will collaborate closely with our sales, technical, and support teams to understand client needs, drive adoption of our solutions, and foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business requirements and processes.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
- Conduct regular check-ins and product training sessions with clients.
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in IT, as a Customer Success officer or similar role
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in software applications and MS-office suite.
