IT Customer Success Specialist at RyteGate Technologies

Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month

Role Overview:

  • As an IT Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, success, and ongoing commitment to our company.
  • You will collaborate closely with our sales, technical, and support teams to understand client needs, drive adoption of our solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business requirements and processes.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and product training sessions with clients.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in IT, as a Customer Success officer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in software applications and MS-office suite.
