Administrative Procurement Officer

Job Duties

  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures regarding sourcing for vendors, cost and pricing, deliverables.
  • Prepare schedules ahead for purchase of supplies to prevent downtime on request.
  • Ensures that the key logistics are flawless e.g. Electricity bills, Telephone bills, rents, etc.
  • Identifies reliable suppliers and confirms market price survey.
  • Ensure the registration and renewal of company’s vehicles particulars & vehicles insurance.
  • Monitors stock on basis items. E.g. kitting, papers, toners, paper etc.
  • Ensures maintenance of the company’s facilities i.e. Generators,Plumbing,vehicles,etc
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Liaise and follow up on with upcountry personnel vouchers and inventory request for prompt delivery.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Getting the Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.

Auditor

Job Duties

  • Ensures reduction in cost of operations by carefully vetting expenditure proposals
  • Monitors compliance with internal control system and review the effectiveness of control measures
  • Conducts price survey quarterly to guide approval of purchasing proposals.
  • Conducts location audit to ensure that resources deployed (personnel, materials etc) are commensurate with the requirements of the clients.
  • Carries out asset verification exercises.
  • Monitor and provide advice to management on how to minimize risk resulting from poor internal controls.
  • Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths and weaknesses and develop best practices.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
  • Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.

IT Officer

Job Duties

  • Evaluates the needs of the company and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements.
  • Provides troubleshooting solutions.
  • Ensures the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructures such as servers and network connections.
  • Ensures security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server rooms and installing virus protections and firewalls.
  • Organizes data, stores them securely and creates backups.
  • Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks.
  • Takes staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnoses and solves hardware or software faults.
  • Setting up new users’ accounts, profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Liaises with Internet Service Providers and other vendors.
  • Carries out preventive and corrective system maintenance.
  • Updates and maintains company website.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
  • Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.
