Job Summary
- The IT Support is responsible for providing technical support for a range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, telecommunications circuits, mobile devices, telephone systems, and audio-visual equipment used at Health Connect 24×7.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- IT asset management, which includes IT inventory management
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance/checks
- Communicate any service disruptions to users and other relevant policies
- Oversee the issuance and return of IT assets to/from staff and record all asset movements and disposals of IT equipment.
- Planning and executing hardware and software upgrades
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, and software.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Degree (Information Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related technical degree) is preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL/Certification is an added advantage.
Work Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of proven experience in a similar IT support role.

Remuneration
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly Gross Pay.
