Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and devise strategies to capitalize on them.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with Frutta’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct accurate sales forecasting and monitor performance against targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet customer demands and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal placement and visibility of Frutta products within key accounts.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Lead negotiations with key clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Manage contracts effectively, ensuring compliance and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, proposal creation, and presentation of sales materials.
