Lagos National Stadium floodlight pole collapses

National Stadium Lagos  which has been in the news for the past few weeks has again made the headlines. Rain storm that swept across Lagos has brought down one of the four floodlight poles.

The pole fell on some packed vehicles. The arena which in its glorious days was called “Sports City” has been in a bad shape for years.

The fallen lamp pole has further compounded the problems bedeviling the once Nigeria’s major arena
