Lagos state govt arrests miscreants collecting N100 from residents to use a makeshift crossover bridge at tradefair

The Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps has arrested some miscreants collecting N100 from residents to use a makeshift crossover bridge at a trade fair after major floods hit many areas in Lagos.

This comes shortly after a video of some miscreants charging residents to use a makeshift crossover bridge at a trade fair surfaced online.

The Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, confirmed their arrest in a tweet and revealed that those arrested will be prosecuted according to the law.
