Description 

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and precedents in relevant practice areas.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to tailor legal documents to specific needs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and address their legal concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law is essential
  • Minimum of 4 years of post-call experience in a reputable law firm.
  • Proven experience in process drafting and litigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and ethical practice.
