Responsibilities
- Prospection and evaluation of the Client
- Verification of prospective clients’ and guarantors’ houses and businesses.
- Evaluating creditworthiness by processing loan applications and loan documents for the credit committee.
- Analyse financial data of clients’ businesses.
- Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data of client business and household.
- Complete all loan contracts and enlighten clients on banks’ policies and restrictions.
- Disbursement target for each month must be achieved.
- Pre-disbursement and Post disbursement follow-up must be ensured to detect early cash diversion from clients.
- All funds disbursed must be fully recovered.
- Ensure that Portfolio At Risk (PAR) is always at low as possible.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services to accommodate quotas.
- Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans.
- Build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Operate in compliance with the bank’s laws and regulations.
- Strict adherence to lending compliance guidelines.
