Purpose of Job
- Ensure the dispatch of the right stock to the right places at the right time, in a cost-efficient manner toward achieving the company’s planned sales objectives.
- Functionally reports to: Logistics and Distribution Manager
Working Arrangement: Onsite
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute distribution strategies to meet customer demands and delivery timelines
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records and invoices
- Monitor transportation and warehousing costs to ensure they align with budgetary constraints
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the supply chain
- Resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process promptly
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize logistics expenses

Job Requirements & Person Specifications
- HND/Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solving and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
