Job Description
- Process customer requests, collections and keep updated customer records
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution
- Manage and track items sent on daily basis.
- Ensuring the team (Drivers, Riders, loaders) in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaising and negotiating with customers and partners;
- The goal is to manage the entire cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND /qualification.
- 2- 3 years relevant experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Applicants should be resident around Lekki Phase 1and Ajah axis.
