To effectively control and administer the quoting, claiming, job closing, work pack auditing and invoicing process.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate estimates(quotes)
- Create estimates for all work pack items.
- Communicate with buyer to get correct pricing and allocate accordingly
- Apply mark-up and labour rates that are relevant to customer contract
- Liaise with customers to resolve discrepancies, approvals and delays
- Record all quotes on the quotes spread sheet
- Manage WIP on a weekly basis with feedback to the MCC Supervisor
- Manage turn around of local service/repair orders invoices
- Verify Engineer’s time sheet versus quoted hours
- Verify parts issued on work order against actual need
- All costs incurred (repair orders & purchase orders) are issued on the work pack
- Compare estimate and margins to the relevant work pack
- Create precise and thorough billings / invoices
Qualifications
- Tertiary education – BSC/BA/HND
- MS (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
