Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
Principal Accountabilities:
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance
- Promptly attend to faults reported by the production team and ensure minimum turnaround time for the repair activities.
- Maintain track of each problem to enable the establishment of the root cause analysis.
- Monitor consumption and track the stock levels of spares and consumables for each machine.
- Assist machine operators on all possible aspects to achieve target output.
- Train the machine operators.
- Fine tune machines from time to time and always ensure that the machines are tuned appropriately to achieve the targeted output
- Assist in the implementation of processes.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation for all the engineering and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth handover of maintenance activities from one shift to the other.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in same role.
