Role Description
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer/ Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our Maintenance team and your key responsibilities will involve:
- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting during production processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians and operators.
- Perform planned and predictive maintenance activities, conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assess spare parts requirements and manage inventory effectively.
- Prioritize workload and utilize resources optimally.
- Adhere to relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and liaise with coordinators to establish requirements.
Qualifications
- Time served apprenticeship or equivalent.
- General level education GCSE/O level or equivalent.
- BSC/HND/ND or equivalent in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical equipment Processing and manufacturing, electrical circuits.
- Multi skilled in basic mechanical, electrical practices, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/ RAC system, PLC, AC drive and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- General Tool Usage.
