Manager, Administration at Elizade Toyota Nigeria Limited

Job Summary:

  • As the Manager of Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within our automobile company.
  • Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative department, supporting various departments and facilitating effective communication across the organization.
  • You will report directly to the senior management team and work closely with other departments to maintain high levels of productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an administrative management role, preferably within the automobile industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of administrative, fleet, and facility processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
