Position Overview

As the Managing Director of a hospitality and leisure company, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and driving the company’s growth and profitability. Your role will encompass both hospitality-related services (e.g., hotels, resorts, and restaurants) and leisure activities (e.g., entertainment, sports, and recreational facilities).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in the Hospitality and Leisure sector.
