Managing Partner at CMC Connect

Job Purpose

  • The Managing Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company by providing visionary leadership and driving operational excellence.
  • This individual will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity to ensure the continued success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Client Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and expansion.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business.

Jos Specification

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or any relevant Social Science related field. Master’s degree and relevant certifications required. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Profesional Qualifications: Must have relevant professional certifications, membership of relevant professional bodies also required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a significant management position.
