JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase viewership and engagement
  • Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and trends
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels
  • Collaborate with content teams to promote shows and events
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
  • Analyze and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and sponsors
  • Plan and execute events, activations, and product launches
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing channels
  • Manage and lead a team of junior marketers and interns
  • Develop and implement crisis management and reputation management strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence gathering
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the media or entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Strong understanding of market research, target audience analysis, and marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Leadership and team management experience (for senior roles)
