Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies byconducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying target audiences.
- Manage marketing budgets by allocating and track marketing spending to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the branding department to ensure uniformity in all marketing communications
- Relate with the Sales department for revenue generation.
- Lead and manage marketing teams by recruiting, training, and motivating marketing staff, while also providing guidance and support.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns by developing and implementing online and offline marketing campaigns, such as social media advertising, email marketing, and public relations.
- Analyze marketing performance by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners by fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, work closely with sales for product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and business goals.
- Manage advertising campaigns by developing and implementing advertisement campaigns, such as online advertising and print advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years management-level experience in marketing and administration.
- A Professional qualifications in marketing field is an added advantage.
- Extensive work experiencein advertising, promoting, marketing, or sales is crucial.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Creative thinker and innovative-minded marketing strategist
- The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and stay organized under pressure.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and technologieswith various marketing tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., web analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems) is a plus.
