WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to determine material requirements for all production facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and procurement, to prioritize material orders based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, aligning with Unilever’s sustainability goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the supply chain while adhering to Unilever’s ethical sourcing guidelines.
- Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate potential material shortages or price fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, Unilever’s policies, and quality standards.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production related environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and business-related applications including ERP systems
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in supply chain management.

- Business Acumen: Ability to analyze data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance metrics, to make informed decisions and optimize material planning processes.
- Supply Chain Management, inventory management and material requirements planning: Understanding of supply chain principles and practices, including inventory management, procurement strategies, and logistics coordination.
