JOB OBJECTIVE:
- To ensure laboratory activities are carried out effectively and efficiently
- To ensure clients receive excellent customer service in line with the organizational goals
- To minimize wastage and reduce operational cost
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Strong medical laboratory skills
- Excellent knowledge of laboratory operations
- Strong knowledge of and Compliance with ISO 15189 and Quality Management system
- Strong passion and commitment to service delivery
- ICT literate and strong dexterity for problem-solving
- Good communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
- Current License to Practice (MLSCN)
