- Ensure adherence to ISO Standards and maintain quality laboratory practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
- Registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
- 3-5 years of proven experience, specializing in Microbiology
- Proficiency in Medical Laboratory skills
- Familiarity with ISO Laboratory Quality Management Standards (ISO 15189)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail
