Job Summary
- A Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical and healthcare products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- They must have a deep understanding of the medical industry and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of their products and services to potential customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Effective detailing of medical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and develop a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as doctors, hospital administrators and pharmacies.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain a customer database, including contact information, preferences, and ensure it updated on the software.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, such as hospitals and pharmacies.
- Develop and implement a monthly tour plan.
- Ensure daily / monthly call target are achieved
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or any related Science course.
- 2 years of experience and working in the same industry would be a plus.
- Must not be more than 27 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
